Domestic Adoptions! Through birth parent counseling, some expectant parents decide to place their newborn child into a stable, Christian home.  LCFS does domestic adoptions, the requirements for prospective families are: Both adoptive parents must be 40 years old or less Christian family Married at least two years Not currently registered with another adoption agency Residents of the state of Wisconsin Family should be childless or couples with only one child, whether a biological or and adopted child.
